Overview
During this experience, you’ll discover the history of sushi, explore fresh ingredients and master knife skills before rolling your very own handmade sushi. You’ll be guided by experienced professionals throughout the experience.
Your menu will feature Salmon Sashimi and Nigiri, Crunchy Cali Roll, Cucumber Maki, Yasai Hand Roll, Edamame and Gyoza’s and more. Each class lasts around two hours, and at the end, you can tuck into your handmade sushi or take it home to enjoy later. You’ll also be given a certificate to commemorate your completion of sushi school at YO! Sushi.
Whether you’re sushi lovers or complete beginners, this private class is a unique culinary experience that combines learning, creativity, and delicious food.
When you arrive at YO! Sushi School, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, beer, or a soft drink. You’ll learn about the history of sushi and explore fresh ingredients with expert guidance. Before you start rolling, you’ll practice essential knife skills and fish preparation. Then, you’ll get started on your very own creations. The class lasts around two hours, and at the end you can eat your creations or take them home. You’ll also receive a completion certificate to mark the experience.
