Know before you go
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the boarding time to avoid missing your trip, late arrivals will be considered as No-show.
The Boarding will start at 1830 hrs onwards.
Departure will be at 1900 hrs.
Cruising Time will be 1900hrs – 2130 hrs based on marine traffic
Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the Supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the Supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
NB: Please note any special deck / seating requests will be charged at Aed 50 per pax subject to availability. This is to be arranged with the supplier directly through the supplier contact number +971 4 3266651
Customers have the option to choose their seat/deck location for an extra fee of 50 Aed, which will be collected directly from the guests at the venue.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
