Additional Information
To collect their tickets and enter any of the Dubai Mall Emaar attractions, customers must visit the main counter of At The Top (LG Level, Dubai Mall). They can then proceed to the respected attraction where they have to present their printed ticket along with a booking confirmation. Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required. Children aged between 0 and 3 can enter for free.
Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
