•During severe weather conditions, the attraction may temporarily close to ensure guest safety. Refunds will not be provided in the event of weather-related closures.
•On 31st December, access to all outdoor terraces will be restricted. Available booking slots will operate from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM only. Please note that road closures and limited entry to Dubai Mall are expected from 02:00 PM onwards due to New Year’s Eve operations.
•For B2B agents: Availability is released up to 6 months in advance and is subject to change based on inventory updates released monthly.

Know before you go
•Booked tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
•Guests must collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter located on the LG Level of Dubai Mall before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.
•Printed tickets together with the booking confirmation must be presented upon entry. Lost exchanged tickets cannot be replaced.
•Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before their booked time to ensure a smooth experience, especially during peak seasons when delays may occur.
•Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or above, and a parental consent form is required.
•Children under the age of 3 can enter free of charge.
•Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the attraction.
•Large bags, strollers, electronics, and sharp objects must be stored at the designated luggage counter.
•Peak and non-peak timings may vary depending on the season. Please check the latest booking slots before visiting.
•The average visit duration for At The Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
•Guests visiting Level 148 may enjoy the experience there for up to 30 minutes before continuing their visit to Levels 124 and 125.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
