Guests must arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals and no-shows cannot be compensated.

Child pricing is applicable for children between the ages of three and 12 years old. For safety reasons, children under the age of two years are not allowed on this tour. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
