Tickets are valid only on the specified date and time.
Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals and no-shows cannot be compensated.
Prohibitions and limitations: this tour could be cancelled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances. If cancelled, you may book a different date or ask for a refund.
Eligibility: Child pricing is applicable for children between he ages 3 and 12. Children under the age of two years are not allowed onboard due to safety reasons. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least two days prior to the scheduled date. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
