Guests should arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals and no-shows can't be compensated.

Child pricing is applicable for children between the ages three and twelve years old. For safety reasons, children under the age of two years are not allowed to take part in this tour. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
