Guests should arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals and no-shows can't be compensated.

Eligibility:
All children’s bookings are applicable for age 3 years to 12 years old. Infant less than 2 years old cannot be allowed aboard for safety reasons. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least two days prior to the scheduled date. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
